-Noting that each nation is able to dictate the price and quantity of supplies its willing to sell to other nations
-Proposing a Free Trade Commission of Audit be Established to ensure security of free trade and deal with any discrepancies that may arise
-Proposing that Private Sectors are able to freely trade to any nation without government interference unless said nation has economic sanctions placed against it, and even then depending on the circumstances of economic sanctions that the private sector is able to overcome the sanctions and trade with that said nation
