The World Assembly,
Acknowledging the large amount of nuclear waste civil and military nuclear programs produce,
Refusing to accept that dangerous radioactive materials may be abandoned in the environment,
Believing that radiation is plenty in space such as any extra will not cause significant damage,
Hereby mandates that any radioactive waste produced by civil and military nuclear programs shall be launched to space in the direction of the Moon.
