The General Assembly,
UNDERSTANDING that multiple WA member nations do not give fair trials to criminal defendants.
RECOGNIZING That these defendants may be wrongly convicted and punished.

2. Orders that all WA member states must hold trials under a judge/judge panel, jury, or anything equivalent.
3. Declares that failure to follow this resolution must result in dismissal of the case or re-trial.
4. Declares that ALL members of the court must be impartial when hearing the case and consideration of evidence.
5. Declares that at least 1 level of appeal must be possible if they have a reason to appeal after the trial court.
