If this is voted for ; The following things would go into effect
1. All countries must repeal any law that allows discrimination in employment,public/private sector services,and housing etc.
2. All countries need to have private sector employers prove that they are treating all workers equally and not discriminating based on the purpose of race .
3. All minorities must be allowed the right to vote
4. Employers may no longer pay minorities less for the same position as a person who is in the majority race.
