Having into a count the great environ mental problem, The Basque Syndicalist Union has been forced to submit this proposal to fight the global warming with this measures:
-Oblige all nations having at least a 3% of expenditures of their government in environment and environmental measures.
-Sign a global climate treaty. So, every nation that votes in favor of this proposal would adopt the policy "Climate Treaty".
-Invest money in eco-friendly businesses by creating a special subsidy to this specific type of corporations.
-Create a new law in wich the administration marks areas in wich no entity can dump any garbage in it.
