Believing that businesses have the right to treat workers as they want and create a more profitable workplace.
Pertaining to employees, workplaces, and government employed citizens.
The World Assembly hereby,
Lifts workplace the requirement for chemical labeling and leaves responsibility to businesses and corporations to label chemicals as listed in “Workplace Safety Standards Act”.
Creates more profitable work environments by lifting the employee requirement to use PPE’s.
Lifts workplace safety standards and grant more leeway toward corporations decisions to either make it safer or less safe for employees.
Repeals worker training and use specific business standards creating better business standards for hiring employees using their own workplace requirements or qualifications and creating ways for employees to train outside of businesses. And require them to not have to use the workplace to train them.
Knowing it is necessary for a repeal to change working standards for a more profitable working environment for CEO’s, executives, employers, and employees and necessary for making more jobs.
