STATING that political upheaval could damage an international effort to thwart the coronavirus.
HOPING that regions can put political differences aside and work together to fight the global pandemic
Therefore this bill regulates
1.that no region can withhold or threaten to withhold vital resources needed to fight the coronavirus for personal, political, or military gain
2. that no regions can withhold resources from global stockpile unless it is fulfilling a vital role
3.that an international council be created to help fight the coronavirus and no nation can prevent their doctors from attending. ( attendance can be via the internet if desired)
